What does this really mean?

If you're planning an event in Jan, Feb or Mar, you should submit it to the appropriate MY Editor before September 26th of the preceding year!

If you're planning an event in Apr, May, or June, you should submit it to the appropriate MY Editor before December 26th of the preceding year!

If you're planning an event in July, August, or September, you should submit it to the appropriate MY Editor before March 26th of that year!

If you're planning an event in Oct, Nov, or Dec, you should submit it to the appropriate MY Editor before June 26th of that year!
