The 2004 Marblehead Class National Championship was held on March 20 and 21. It was held in Port St. Lucie by the Hurricane Model Sailing Club. Peter Allen showed his win of the 2003 M NCR in San Diego was no fluke by winning the 2004 M NCR by a substantial margin. Gerhard Kelter and Bruce Griffin fought it out for second place with Gerhard taking second by two points. The top three boats were all Skalpels.
